As your Airforce Commander, i am cognizant of the authority i am given by His Excellency the President of the Republic & Commander in Chief of the Defence Force of Zambia, Mr. HAKAINDE S HICHILEMA as we pledge to continue to remain loyal to President and Defend & Support the Nation through the Government of the Day as prescribed in the Republican Constitution.
The role i play is clearly defined in the Republican Constitution and the Zambia Air Force Policy & Startegy. The Command of Airpower requires intricate knowledge of the capabilities and interdependencies of forces employed. This is achieved through an understanding of the Commanders' intent by Personnel in all of ZAF Military Operations.
